MaBu software: The system operated by the Service Provider,
Users: All natural and legal persons who have completed registration on any interface of the MaBu software.

This statement concerns the management and storage of data voluntarily provided by Users.

1. Ownership of MaBu software:
   Zeomineralproductos S.L. is the developer of the MABU software, with no external companies or individuals involved in the development.
2. Data security features
       - Use of https protocol
       - Mandatory strong password usage. Minimum length specification, use of uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters
       - Two-factor authentication option
       - Password storage with one-way encryption.
       - Personalized access – certain data can only be accessed by those with appropriate authorization
       - All operations are logged.
       - In case of the slightest suspicion of system breach, the user (IP address) is immediately banned.
3. Data storage
   The Operator stores the data on a rented server. The servers are provided by the following supplier:

4. Data management
   The Operator does not transfer the data it manages to third parties.
   Exceptions:
   - The User gives consent
   - At the request of an authority with proper authorization
5. Personal data collected at registration
       - First and last name
       - Email address
       - IP address
   
   Additional data upon purchasing a service
       - Billing address
       - Billing name
       - Tax number for companies
   
   Additional data in case of company registration, for contact purposes:
       - Name of contact person
       - Contact person's phone number
       - Contact person's email address
   
   In case of commission withdrawal:
       - First and last name or company name
       - Address
       - Bank account number
       - Tax number
   
   
6. Data retention period
   As long as the user is a member of the system.
   With the exception of billing data, which the Operator must retain for the period required by the tax authority.
7. Task sharing by Users
   Users have the option to share certain tasks with other MaBu Users for the purpose of collaboration. Sharing a task is the decision of the User; the Operator assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from such sharing. The Operator does not verify data transferred through sharing; the User is responsible for them.
   
8. Requesting data deletion
   The User may request the permanent deletion of their data and registration.
   This can be requested via email by sending a message to support@support.mabumanager.com. The request must be sent from the email address used for registration.
   The Operator is obligated to inform the User of the data deletion by email.
9. Cookies
   Cookies are small text files that are stored on your browser device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) when you visit a website. If you visit the Operator's websites, or use other services provided by the Operator, information is collected and stored via cookies. The benefit of cookies is improved navigation, as your habits and needs can be recognized. Cookies help in providing, keeping current, and continuously developing the services.
   
   The System uses cookies. These are:
   - Session ID
   - Unique identifier for using "Automatic login".
